These terms apply to your use of jevrapha.com and to the services provided by JevRapha Massage Spa at 750 Bloomfield Ave, Suite 32, West Caldwell, NJ 07006. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
JevRapha Massage Spa provides therapeutic massage delivered by a New Jersey licensed massage therapist. Our work supports comfort, mobility, and recovery.
Not Medical Care
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not diagnose illness, prescribe medication, or perform spinal adjustments. Talk with your physician about any medical condition. If you have a serious health concern, seek medical care.
Health Disclosure
You agree to give accurate and complete health information on your intake form, including injuries, medical conditions, allergies, medications, and pregnancy. Tell your therapist right away if anything changes or if any part of a session feels uncomfortable. We may decline or modify a session when treatment would not be safe.
Booking, Deposits, and Payment
Appointments are booked online, by phone, or in person. Some services require a deposit or card on file to hold the time. Payment is due at the end of your session unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit cards and other posted payment methods.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and appointments missed without notice, may be charged in full. Arriving late shortens your session. The full session rate still applies.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemable for services at JevRapha Massage Spa. They are not redeemable for cash except where state law requires. Lost or stolen cards are not replaced without proof of purchase.
Memberships
Membership terms, billing dates, and included services are set out at the time you enroll. Membership fees recur until you cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before your next billing date. Unused member sessions expire according to the terms shown at enrollment.
Professional Conduct
Our practice is strictly therapeutic. Any request for or suggestion of sexual contact ends the session immediately, is charged in full, and results in a permanent refusal of service. We may also report the incident to law enforcement.
We reserve the right to refuse or end service to anyone who is intoxicated, abusive, contagious, or acting in a way that puts staff or clients at risk.
Draping and Consent
You are draped at all times, and only the area being worked on is uncovered. You may stop the session or ask for changes at any point. You may keep any clothing on that you wish.
Minors
Clients under 18 require written parental or guardian consent, and a parent or guardian must remain on the premises during the session.
Text Messages
If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details.
